My favorite commercial photography assignments revolve around documenting a “process” for a small business. When I can immerse myself into the business culture and capture images that show the likely customer experience at that business, I produce my best work. An example – consider an assignment we completed for the Pensacola Beach Hilton.

The Hilton wanted to showcase the award-winning service that they offer to their guests. Service, by nature, is an intangible event. To create images that reflected the Hilton’s commitment to service, we built scenes showcasing the dedicated employees that create the service experience. We documented each employee’s work in the service activities they provide every Hilton guests. Look below for a few highlights from the shoot. I’ve also included two images in which we documented various sections of the hotel.
